Photos: Pre-Labour Day Shelly Bay Beach Picnic

In celebration of the 32nd Anniversary of Labour Day, the Joint Labour Day Organizing Committee hosted the Pre-Labour Day Picnic on Sunday [Sept 1] at the Shelly Bay Beach Park.

Members, friends and family attended the event which saw food and refreshments available with seating provided under tents. Children ran around playing while some enjoyed a swim and others took turns playing checkers with some of the more experienced players in the group. Those in attendance ranged in age from a small baby up to a 102-year-old
