Video: BBA Crime Stoppers Road Race
The Bermuda Bicycle Association’s Crime Stoppers Road Race took place on Sunday [Sept 8] in Prospect. The course saw the competitors started and finish at the flagpole in Prospect.
An overcast Sunday morning with light winds made favourable conditions for a circuit road race. Adult C set off with Junior A [both 3 laps] with the younger athletes entertaining no yield to their seniors.
The finish saw only six seconds separate the winners of the two classes. Rajual Matthie-Shakir won the Junior A Division race with a time of 1:05:39 while Alex Godfrey won the Adult C Division race with a time of 1:05:45. Full race results are available here.
