FATCA & Due Diligence Event On Wednesday

Nova and Oyster Consulting are set to host their first collaborative event this week to address the renewed regulatory pressure facing Bermuda as a leading offshore jurisdiction.

The breakfast briefing, which will cover global and local regulatory updates affecting shareholder management, customer due diligence requirements and FATCA reporting, will also feature a short demo of Nova’s Quantum Shareholder Registry Solution software, the only product on the market that is integrated with the Bermuda Stock Exchange.

Speaking about the product Sandra DeSilva, Managing Director at Nova said “It’s designed specifically to simplify the management of shareholder information and was specially built with an understanding and appreciation of the regulations Bermuda companies are exposed to, plus manages the evolving compliance needs like FATCA.”
