  1. Just think says:

Com on now. A concussion? Really? I think there pushing that one. You don’t get a concussion from just falling especially if someone pushes you. Your gonna brace yourself because you saw it coming. Just saying. Coming from a person who’s had 3

    • Love My Freedom says:

It says she suffered a concussion from being pushed to the ground. She had to have hit her head. They just didn’t go into all the details as its a very short article. When they print an article about an accident, they will say that someone was involved in an accident and broke their leg, they wont tell you that they hit a car and an oncoming vehicle rolled over their leg and broke it!
For some people it is not hard to get a concussion. She could have a pre-existing injury or one she was not aware of. I too know this because I have had almost twice the cuncussions you have had.

      • Love My Freedom says:

How do you brace yourself and control your head when you are being pushed BACKWARD with force and/or UNEXPECTEDLY. You sometimes cant brace yourself falling FARWARD after being pushed!! This person suffered a concussion and the information fed to the public comes from the medical report.

  2. Come Correct says:

I don’t know a whole lot about legal terms but could someone explain to me what exactly it means by “the crown” objected to bail? What exactly is “the crown”?

  3. Ghost Rider says:

The Crown..the Powers that be,the Authority, the Court, etc etc allcome under the general term of The Crown.

  4. terry says:

It’s the Board of Governors that run Crown and Anchor.
They meet for two days at the end of August each Year in either Somerset or St. George.

    They have a ball……………………

    • Come Correct says:

lol Thanks you guys, so where does the AG fit into “the crown”?

      • Hmmm says:

think of cinderella…..if the crown fits he weds the princess !

      • Ghost Rider says:

The AG is part of The Crown too.

((we have the AG show too))

        • Come Correct says:

So does nobody else see an issue here? Pettingill…Daniels…no red flags?

          • Sandy Bottom says:

You really are such a moron.

            • Come Correct says:

Wow I’m sorry, I already said I don’t know much about legal stuff but it appears to me that Pettingill wins either way. If it’s found to be a conflict of interest does this guy, if guilty, simply walk? Remember the guy arrested for not leaving the white hill area when told by police? Heard anything more about him? He was represented by Daniels too.

            • Come Correct says:

All I’m trying to say is there’s no way this guy, if guilty, should walk on a technicality that has been overlooked because the oba “didn’t have any interests to declare”.

    • Life? says:

      Lmao!

  5. citi zen says:

“The Crown ” are the people who represent the law.

    • terry says:

The Anchor is what gets you to Westgate where golf is played all day.
Lots of balls there so it’s easy to just drop one and play on.

  6. James says:

The guy was from pest control! That’s funny.

    • Toodle-oo says:

Err , don’t think so. If you missed it , the report on televised media stated that the incident arose when a FEMALE staff member of Government Pest Control (Vector) arrived at the location to do what was probably a scheduled inspection and service of the property.
The alleged defendant came out of his residence and allegedly went berserk on her. Fearing for her safety she called the police in. When they arrived he allegedly went full fullish.

      • Ghost Rider says:

the guy is a well known idiot!

      • Ride says:

        @Toodle-oo

“full fullish”. Haven’t heard that one in a while. It’s a good one. LOL

        Ride

        • Toodle-oo says:

I admit , you don’t ‘hear’ it too often nowadays what with all this hip , new , mod lingo but I sure see plenty of random examples just about daily ! lol

  9. Proud to be Bermudian says:

Seems like this person has a problem with women. First a female vector officer then a female police officer. Sad but he needs help, too many men in this state in BDA.

  10. andre says:

Just wish they showed the same attention when it is Joe Public who is assaulted. That’s all I am saying.
