Tennis: Bacardi Seniors Open Day #4 Results
The Bacardi 2013 Seniors Open Tennis Tournament continued at the Pomander Gates Tennis Club with four matches on Day Four.
Charmaine Thomas needed three sets to defeat Zelia Amaral in Ladies 45 Singles action. Amaral won the first set 6-3, but Thomas fought back and won the second set 6-3 and then Thomas closed out the match winning the third set 6-4.
Another three setter took place in the Men’s 55 Singles Division as Dennis Harris went down 6-1 in the first set of his match with Keith Chiappa, but Harris came back and won the second set 6-4, before closing out the match winning the third and final set in a tie-breaker 7-6.
