BASA Update Short Course Swimming Records
The Bermuda Amateur Swimming Association have released the latest Short Course Meter Records following the Sharks Sprint Meet on October 19th and a spectacular result from Roy-Allan Burch in Genoa, Italy.

Shannon Botelho, Philip Hagen, Ferdinand Arnold and Jesse Washington are now the 15 and 16 Boys 4 x 50m Freestyle Relay Record Holders after recording a time of 1:48.00, breaking their own record of 1:48.48 set on May 18th, 2013.

Roy-Allan Burch broke the Bermuda Open 100m Freestyle Record twice in one day earlier this month. Burch clocked 0:49.94 during the preliminaries, breaking his own record of 50.25 set on June 12th, 2012. Burch returned for the finals and clocked 49.29, breaking his own record of 49.94 set earlier in the day.
