Keelboat National Championships Kicks Off

The Bermuda Sailing Association Keelboat National Championships got underway in the Great Sound on Saturday [Nov 9].

The IOD Fleet only sailed the one day, with Blythe Walker coming away with the title with 6 points, Penny Simmons finishing second with 11 points, while Patrick Cooper finished third with 11 points.

In the J105 Fleet, John Corless finished the day with 8 points, James MacDonald finished with 9 points, and Chuck Milligan is in third place with 12 points.

The Etchells Class has two more days of racing with Mark Watcon leading her Fleet with 7 points, John Hele in second with 10 points and Tim Patton in third with 12 points.
