BEF To Host Two Day Hunter/Equitation Show

This Saturday and Sunday, February 22nd and 23rd the Bermuda Equestrian Federation will be holding its Hunter/Equitation Show at the National Equestrian Centre, Vesey Street in Devonshire.

The Organizing Committee made up of Dawn Fox, Michael Cherry, Ian& Bettina Truran have been hard at work to provide a wonderful weekend of competition. Action on Saturday will start 9 am starting off with Horse jumping and Hunter horse classes in the morning and moving to pony jumping in the afternoon.

Sunday will see the flat classes of equitation and equitation jumping. The visiting Canadian Judge for the show will Robyn Baechler and Ian Truran is the course designer. Admission is free and the canteen will be running providing everything from nice hot bacon sandwiches for Breakfast and burgers and hot dogs for lunch.

A spokesperson said, “It promises to be a wonderful day of excitement and all spectators are very welcome.”
