Netball League: Lady Zebras & Teachers Win
The Bermuda Netball Association’s Summer League Season continued at the Bernard Park with a double header that produced 96 goals.
The PHC Lady Zebras defeated Butterfield Bank 25 – 14, Jennifer Simmons led the PHC Lady Zebras to victory with 17 goals, while June Swan added 5 goals and Tyra Simmons added 3 goals. Nikita Trott scored 9 goals for Butterfield Bank, while Kriston Holman added 4 goals and Kaamilah Nasir scored 2 goals.
Kimale Evans scored 28 goals to lead the B.U.T Teachers to victory over BPSU 37 – 20. Tanika White added 6 goals and Camille Masters scored 3 goals. Alex Dowling scored 17 goals for BPSU and Jameka Trott added 3 goals.
