“Cooking Up Good Health” Seminar On June 19

Northshore Medical and Lahey Hospital will be hosting “Cooking Up Good Health” on Thursday, June 19 from 11:30am to 3.00pm at the Bermuda Industrial Union.

In this event Rebecca Bradley, a Lahey Hospital & Medical Center dietitian, will prepare a local Bermuda dish with a healthy twist.

    I gather that the folks at Lahey Hospital in Boston has come to the conclusion that we don’t ear to well in Bermuda
    considering we have made the Hospital the second Bermuda. – with many Bermudians hospitalized there in the past ten years.
    In many cases here the problems are that KEMH ,not getting yearly check up’s, not listning to the Doctors advise, Alcoholic Drinking,Smoking Tobbaco,long term useage of hard Drugs,constant eating Fried Foods,to much Salt, Tin Foods,and Sweet Drinks.
