20 Year Old Woman Pleads Guilty To Assault

June 19, 2014

Appearing in Magistrates Court today [June 19], 20-year-old Vondolla Santucci of Pembroke admitted that she unlawfully assaulted the mother of her boyfriend’s child in April 2014.

Ms. Santucci also pleaded not guilty to a charge of trespassing at the same time; the Crown offered no evidence on this charge.

The Prosecutor told Senior Magistrate Archie Warner that the assault happened shortly after Ms. Santucci’s boyfriend had left the residence of his ex-girlfriend and mother of his child.

Ms. Santucci admitted that she had gone back to the residence in order to retrieve her mobile phone, which had been loaned to the ex-girlfriend by Ms. Santucci’s boyfriend.

Ms. Santucci told the Senior Magistrate that when the phone was not returned immediately, she went into the house, had an altercation with the ex-girlfriend, and struck her.

The ex-girlfriend fled the house and went to a neighbour’s residence, after which the police were called in.

The Senior Magistrate ordered a Social Inquiry Report and set sentencing for next month

She would, would she! My explaination would have been “Officer, I found this lady in my house and she attacked me, I haven’t checked for a pulse yet.”

    • yea says:

And you’d be in jail right along side her..

      • Come Correct says:

Oh?! Why is that? Your statement basically translates to “I can walk into your house and do as I please and there isn’t a thing you can do about it.”…Wait for it, wait for it…*Spoiler Alert* Reply: “Call the police, don’t take the law into your hands”…No…No, it doesn’t work like that. You don’t call the police and officer Smith teleports to your house and apprehends your assailant. Your assailant could pull a knife from their waist or…YOUR KNIFE BLOCK and cut the phone cord…or your jugular. Me, I’m going to grab the Louisville slugger and my dog and go absolutely clown sh*t crazy, then I’ll let the jury of my peers come to a conclusion on who was in the wrong.

Moral of the story: Don’t come in my house with the intention to harm my family or myself and you won’t need a wheelchair.

Thanks for explaining to that Moran. I didn’t have the energy.

AND THEN PPL WANNA SAY GANGS ARE THE PROBLEM VIOLENCE IS VIOLENCE THE NEXT TIME THERE IS A GANG RELATED VIOLENCE I HOPE YOU TAKE THAT SAME ATTITUDE CAUSE THATS WHERE IT ALL COMES FROM

          • Come Correct says:

I try not to do this but you’re a f***in idiot. I wouldn’t harm a living creature unless my intention was to consume it and all useful parts of it (I don’t eat people) or if I had to in order to save my own or someone else’s life. I do not needlessly go around harming animals or people for no reason. Gangs protect their investments, I protect the innocent. Does that make me a superhero? No, it makes me someone with morals, but hey, when someone breaks into your home with bad intentions remember what you wrote here. Try to plead with them, they may stop…or they might cut your loved ones throat in front of you. I however, refuse to live with the regret of doing nothing, but we’re all entitled to our own beliefs.

          • North West says:

Yeah just wait until someone breaks into your house. Trust me, you will have whole new perspective about this.

  2. hmmmm says:

    Over a cellphone? Really?

    • Tylar says:

My guess would be that the issue had more to do with the boyfriend then the cell phone

  3. bc says:

@hmmmmm…you really think it was over a cell phone you idiot??? Stop leaving senseless comments…think before you type!

    • MisterMan311 says:

@bc: I think @hmmmmmm’s comment is what one calls a rhetorical question. And I think your comment is what one calls a knee-jerk reaction. Oh! and an ad hominem attack. #thinkbeforeyoutype

  4. VJ says:

@bc, the way the story is written it would appear that the fight was over the retrieval of the cellphone. In that case, there is nothing idiotic about hmmmm’s comments.
Clearly, you know more about this situation than the rest of us, and your obvious hostility points to you being someone VERY close to the case.
Take some anger management classes before you wind up in court again.
