52 Year Old Denies Threats At Legal Aid Office

Appearing in Magistrates Court today [June 19], a 52-year-old man pleaded not guilty to three counts involving interactions with the Legal Aid Office on in April of this year.

Urban Flemming is accused of using insulting words, saying, “You are all b******. I don’t like you. I f*** b****** like you.” The second charge stated that he used threatening behaviour by raising his cane off the ground.

The third charge alleged that he uttered threatening words by telephone, saying, “I want you to call the police and tell them I am going to come up there and take you all to hell because you are f****** with me and I have had enough.”

Senior Magistrate Archie Warner gave Mr. Flemming a trial date in September 2014 on all three matters, setting bail at $2,000 and requiring a Surety.
