Stop thanking us for our patience – that ran out a week ago. Where is West Paget on this list?! Tee St. To Point Finger! We’ve still got lines down across kids’ play areas! Unacceptable. And no, we don’t want any free coffee. I assume we won’t be charged for the last few weeks of non-service?
And here’s a friendly tip – don’t ask us to email our outages and then put your “out of office” on your email. That is infuriating to say the least – especially after I get your “mailbox full” message on the phone.
Perhaps you are using an incorrect email. Why would info@belco.bm have an out of office reply?… that makes no sense.
The story is about CableVision.
Odds are they already “fixed” your area and will have to send a technician to your house as that must be where the problem. I highly doubt they have fixed much as many areas that are labelled as “fixed” by them which are not. That’s what happened to us and when we queried why none of our neighbors had service either it must still be a problem with just our connection! I suppose we were lucky we actually got through to the elusive CV customer service rep.
Jokers; no way to run a business and we should be thankful for 25% off. What a joke. Sorry CV it has been a long time coming and not just from these storms but you just lost a customer. I doubt I will be the only one.
why post your phone number at all you get is updates ..I want to speak to a customer service agent…Friday I will be at your office …not a happy camper…
What about the seniors at MWI that don’t have cable service? Please make them a priority, they miss watching the news! Thanks!
Thank you CableVision. I’ve been waiting very patiently.
I haven’t had video or Internet service for 14 days this month and counting. That 33% discount isn’t enough in comparison to the time I’ve been without service. I’ll be switching to WOW and BTC if CV does not adequately credit my account.
Does any other company want to step in and offer free switch over from Cablevision? Digicel? BTC? I will switch today if another company makes it easy to do so.
Another day of calling the number they supply, another day getting cut off by a machine. Superb customer support coming from Cablevision.
