Evans & Dickinson Win Alton Millett Regatta
Rockal Evans & Stephen Dickinson are the 2014 Alton Millett Regatta Comet Race winners with action taking place off the East End Mini Yacht Club in the St. George’s Harbour this past weekend.
Millett once held the Edward Cross Long Distance Title winning the race 11 times, Dickinson is now the leader of the Long Distance Race.
Evans and Dickinson finished the four race series with 3 points after recording a third and 3 first place finishes. Scott Fox and his crew Wesley Tucker finished second with 7 points recording a 1st, 2nd, Disqualified and a fourth place finish, with a second, seventh and two third place finishes saw Maxwell Curtis and his crew Stefan Furbert finish third on the day with 8 points.
