Very bold.
The people will be warm and welcoming as long as they can see that they are participants in the process with direct economic benefits and not simply spectators who foot the bill. There needs to be clearer explanations on what jobs and how the average person can benefit. We don’t need to be scared into being good boys and girls who should behave because we have guest.
