50 Year Old Woman Denies Assault Charge
Appearing in Magistrates Court earlier this week, a 50-year-old woman pleaded not guilty to assaulting another woman and and using threatening words.
The alleged incidents were said to have happened on 11 September 2014, with Sandra Franklin alleged to have told the other woman, “I will kill you. I will trample you, you b*****. You all don’t know me.”
Magistrate Khamisi Tokunbo set trial for March 2015, granted Ms Franklin $2,000 bail, and ordered that she have no contact with the complainant.
