Netball: Under 12, Under 16 & Senior Results
Netballers took to the court this weekend, with action in the Under 12, Under 16 and Senior League taking place.
Under 12 League
The Signworx Netts White defeated the Datatech Netts Green 27 – 8. Izeya Wainwright scored 12 goals to lead the Signworx Netts White to victory. Selah Tuzo and Amiah Butterfield added 5 goals each, while Zidonnae Robinson scored 4 goals and Reaunna Bassett scored once. Elishae Smith scored 4 goals for the Datatech Netts Green, while Salayah Stange and Jade Johnson scored 2 goals each.
The Baby Bluebirds Too defeated the Baby Bluebirds 22 – 0. Denisha Warner scored 6 goals for the Baby Bluebirds Too, while Nisaiah Berkeley scored 5 goals, Azari Easton and Keturah Trott both scored 3 goals each.
The North Village Lady Rams got 19 goals from Jai-la Wade in their 38 – 3 win over the Warriors. Gabrielle Romaine added 7 goals, while Toya Anderson and Rai’chelle Webster scored 4 goals each and Azarea Mouchette scored twice. The Warriors got 3 goals from Kemiyah Butterfield.
Under 16 League
Donnauri Robinson scored 28 goals to lead the Signworx Netts to a 35 – 19 win over the Young Men Social Club Bluebirds Young’uns. Chanara Smith-Rookes added 6 goals and Inshannae Smith scored 1 goal. Zekiah Lewis scored 12 goals for the Young Men Social Club Bluebirds Young’uns, while Tanzania Thomas added 5 goals and Tamera Smith scored twice.
PHC edged the Young Men Social Club Bluebirds Juniors 13 – 12, Delia Ebbins scored 7 goals for PHC, who also got 6 goals from Jaylen Stevens. The Young Men Social Club Bluebirds Juniors got 6 goals from Dwmiqua Daniels, 3 goals from Zye Raynor, 2 goals from Deja Harvey and a single goal from Kiarra Baxter.
The North Village Lady Rams defeated the Datatech Netts 22 – 12. Xon- Naye Hunt scored 12 goals for the North Village Lady Rams, while Brianna Swainson added 10 goals, the Datatech Netts got 8 goals from Kaamilaj Nasir and 4 goals from Maya Saunders.
Senior League
The Young Men Social Club Lady Bluebirds defeated the Young Men Social Club Blazzin Bluebirds 52 – 35. Ebonie Burgess scored 48 goals for the Young Men Social Club Lady Bluebirds, while Arkeita Smith scored 4 times. Fredricka Samuels scored 32 goals for the Young Men Social Club Blazzin Bluebirds, while Miesha Greaves scored 3 times.
The Signworx Netts defeated the North Village Lady Rams 38 – 23. Amali Smith scored 22 goals for the Signworx Netts, while Stevontae Mccallan added 16 goals. Kristin Holman scored 23 goals for the North Village Lady Rams, while Chaquita Simmons added 10 goals, Xah-niyah Hunt scored 4 times and Jordyn Morris scored once.
The WWC Pink Panthers defeated the Young Men Social Club Bluebirds Too 47 – 23. Darrika Simons scored 26 goals for the WWC Pink Panthers, while Krisin Saltus added 14 goals and Nikita Trott scored 7 times. Keizhari Knight scored 10 goals for the Young Men Social Club Bluebirds Too, while T’Yanna Hayward added 8 goals and Shondenae Woods-Bell scored 5 times.
Karen Jones scored 35 goals to lead the Datatech for T’s to a 41 – 15 win over the Bermuda College. Denise Rawlins added 6 goals for the Datatech for T’s. Tamacica Lynch scored 8 goals for the Bermuda College, while Vaneasa Paulp added 4 goals and Elizabeth Davis scored 3 times.
