Son Denies Trespassing At His Mother’s House
Appearing in Magistrates Court this morning [Jan 29], a 49-year-old man was told to stay away from his mother’s house after he denied a charge of trespassing at the residence.
Brian Faries was granted bail of $1,000 on a charge of trespassing at his mother’s house, with the Court ordering that he stay away from the residence.
Mr Faries had pleaded not guilty to the trespassing charge, telling Magistrate Khamisi Tokunbo that he had been living there.
The Magistrate ordered Mr Faries to reappear for mention on 12th February.
