Sunday March 22nd: “Good News” Spotlight

News that Saltus students and staff raised over $196,000 for charity by shaving their heads, Coral Beach Club is looking for 30 new staff members, the Bermuda Sports Awards winners being named, and news that Roger Dill and Melvin Best will umpire in Panama were all some of the positive news stories from the past week.

In addition, Argus donated to North Village Community Club, the Rotary Club donated $5,000 to the Salvation Army, the Bank of Bermuda Foundation donated a vehicle to the Salvation Army, while both Conyers and Appleby were top ranked by Chambers Global.

We also posted various community videos and photo galleries, including A.S. Cooper’s Spring Inspired Fashion and Beauty Show, the City Food Festival Canapé Competition, Wedding Expo, Outstanding Teen Awards, CedarBridge Academy’s sports day, Warwick Academy students and staff shaving their heads for charity as well as various sports galleries.
