58 Year Old Woman Denies Diverting Electricity
Appearing in Magistrates Court this morning [May 18], a 58-year-old woman was granted $3,000 bail after she denied diverting electricity.
Ms Thyra Warner pleaded not guilty to unlawfully entering a dwelling on 26th November 2014 and dishonestly diverting electricity, to an unknown value, between December 2013 and November 2014.
Magistrate Khamisi Tokunbo set trial for July 2015 and granted Ms Warner $3,000 bail.
