What the hell is really going on? I’m confused..
Maybe they needed a ride to dinner?
Folks used to leaving keys in car (please don’t), someone walking saw opportunity for joy ride.
Or some looney just out of KEMH with no ride…………………….
At least we know dey leeve dahn Bey Harea…………………………
This is not a stolen vehicle. To steal something you have to intend to permanently deprive the owner of it.
As they left it to be found at Tom Moores then they did not intend to deprive the owner.
This is no difference than someone taking an auxiliary cycle for a joyride.
So you won’t mind if people just borrow your car and leave it at some random place when they’re finished with it?
Its not rocket science people… its either for parts, or a joy ride.
Well there’s a big difference there. Joy riding is an annoyance. Stripping it of parts is a serious issue.
All u have to do is take the keys!
