Court: Man Denies Intruding On Woman’s Privacy
Appearing in Magistrates Court this morning [Oct 21], a 50-year-old man pleaded not guilty to intruding on the privacy of a woman on 17th September.
Magistrate Khamisi Tokunbo set trial for 23rd December and granted the defendant, who cannot be legally named at this stage of the proceedings, $5,000 bail with the proviso that the man have no contact with the woman.
