Live Updates: America’s Cup World Series
[Updating] The Louis Vuitton America’s Cup World Series is set to take place today [Oct 18], with the “Super Sunday” set to offer more points than any other day in the series to date.
All three races will have double-point scoring, meaning up to 60 points are available, and racing is scheduled to start at just past 2pm. You can watch it live via ZBM or on the America’s Cup app, and we will also provide updates as able.
In addition to the sailing, today will also feature the “Bermuda Festival and Event Village”, with dozens of vendors and activities available on Front Street. You can view the list of vendors here, photos/video from the Opening Ceremony here, photos from yesterday’s festivities here, photos from the America’s Cup Jam concert here, and all our coverage of the America’s Cup here.

Get a life you dislikes.
Oh that’s right.
You want the money in your pocket.
Have a job?
If not get one.
If you do your boss/employer just made some money to keep you as such.
Bitch/moan about everything.
Glad you were not around when things were really tight.
Thank you BerNews for your incredible coverage ! Whata Day ! Special kudos to the team of ARTEMIS RACING ! Those guys ROCK !
Extremely impressive weren’t they? I along with so many others I’m sure are glad seeing they’d been able to have a total of 3 races today…
Awesome day…..2017 is good to be huge for Bermuda
Where can we get TV coverage. Watched live and want to watch a replay. Is it on TV? Local TV jsut seems to have the Gothenburg races on a loop. Great advert for Gothenburg!
is today going to be aired on t.v. at all? if so, when, where, etc.
I have come home from being out there today and can find no t.v. channel that is showing today’s racing…….only channel 1 showing Gothenburg for the umpteenth time and nothing on channels 7 or 9………………can any one help as would love to see todays broadcast. Thanks and any help much appreciated.
To the 6 Teams – thanks so much for a specatular show today – unreal and very exciting. Thank you for chosing little ol Bermuda = i think you will see we are not only a worthy choice but a very special choice. Artemis huge kudos to you for continuing on and then winning todays regatta…..well done. Overcomming adversity is key which you clearly did. Thank you AC teams for a wonderful, exciting day.
What t.v. channels please ?????????
AWESOME AWESOME DAY ALL AROUND IN EVERY ASPECT, GREAT WEATHER GREATER SAILING and GREATEST RECOVERY FROM A COLLISION I HAVE EVER SEEN, AND THE COVERAGE WAS SPECTACULAR. THANK YOU ALL. CAN NOT WAIT FOR 2017
Wonderful stuff ! Well done Bermuda we did well ! I must say we spent a little money here and there for the three day weekend of partying and sailing and it only set us back about $28/$30 million , but offset that cost by all the jobs it created for Bermudians and the huge increase in tourist arrivals .You know better luck next time , maybe we’ll get all the racing we paid for . But can’t take nothing away , the concert last night was a bit soggy , however a good wet time was had by all who attended .
Oh and kudos to all the homegrown talent , I’m sure you did Bermuda proud . I couldn’t come , only because I loaned my Gill yachting rain jacket to a friend and never saw it again .
You guys are weak
desperate
jealous
“Coffee” we need to add some sugar in that cup for you.
In the future state your claim and speak in one direction, please.
Coffee: Whaaaaaaaaa…..I’m a spoil sport because this makes my party look petty…….Whaaaaaaaaaa…..I need to stir up faux outrage to regain any credibility……………whaaaaaaaaaaaa……….I’m so self serving, it’s always party before Bermuda, whaaaaaaaaaaaa
Coffee you have to be the biggest idiot in Bermuda….if you were not there just keep quiet…It was an amazing weekend for all of Bermuda and the event if 2017 is going to be absolutely amazing for Bermuda….show up next time…Grant Gibbons for Sainthood…….Bermuda looked amazing and the event made a lot of converts….ORACLE!!!!!!!!
