Basketball: Crossfire Ballers & Flyboys Win
The Cellone Island Basketball League Season continued inside the CedarBridge Academy Gymnasium with 176 points scored in a Double Header.
Game One saw the Crossfire Ballers get revenge on the Skyforce defeating them 40 -39, Dean Jones scored a game high 18 points for the Crossfire Ballers, while the Skyforce got 13 points from Raushon Tankard.
Ninety-seven points was scored in Game Two that also saw revenge take place when the Flyboys United recorded a 56 – 41 win over the Thunder Cats. Chea Powell scored 14 points for the Flyboys United, while Rye Ahronson scored a game high 15 points for the Thunder Cats.
