Two Separate Collisions On Harbour Road
Around 10am on Wednesday [Nov 11] a collision occurred which saw a car driver crashed into walls, and approximately thirty minutes later a motorcyclist was injured in another collision, with both incidents occurring on Harbour Road in Paget.
Damage Only Car Collision on Harbour Road
A police spokesperson said, “Around 10am on Wednesday, November 11th police officers attended a reported single vehicle damage only collision on Harbour Road in Paget.
“Initial details suggested that this incident occurred near the junction with Chapel Road.
“However, it has since been confirmed that the car involved collided with walls along both sides of the road near Lower Ferry.
“The vehicle and walls were damaged however the driver, a 31 year old Sandys parish man, was not injured. Traffic was temporarily delayed in the area.
“Inquiries regarding this collision continue and witnesses should contact the Hamilton Police Station on 247-1704.”
Single Motorcycle Collision on Harbour Road
A police spokesperson said, “Around 10:30am on Wednesday, November 11th a reported single motorcycle collision occurred on Harbour Road in Paget near the junction with Chapel Road.
“The rider, believed to be a 39 year old woman, was taken to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital via ambulance for treatment of a leg injury and at last check was in stable condition on a general ward.
“Inquiries regarding this collision continue and witnesses should contact the Hamilton Police Station on 247-1704.”

It’s not the walls or the road, it’s the drivers. Please be more careful and yes, how many more times can this be said and pleaded for.
Not everyone can drive on Harbor Road and it seems as if the worst of drivers tend to travel on that road that’s the main reason I stay clear of harbour road
