Two Motorcycles Collide On South Road In Paget

[Updated] Emergency services responded to the South Road, Paget area near the junction with College Road at approximately 6.00pm this evening [Nov 5], where two motorcycles were involved in a collision.

The Bermuda Fire and Rescue Service, Police and an ambulance attended the scene where it appears at least one person was injured and conveyed by ambulance to King Edward Memorial Hospital for further treatment. Details are limited at this time, however we will update as able.

Update 12.05pm Nov 6: A police spokesperson said, “Around 6:00pm on Thursday 5-Nov-2015 police and first responders attended a road traffic collision along South Road, Paget near the junction with College Road.

“Details are limited at this time however it appears that two motorcycles were involved, with the injuries sustained not believed to be life threatening. Inquiries continue and witnesses should contact the Hamilton Police Station on 247-1704.”
