Court: Teenager Denies Sexual Assault Charge
Appearing in Magistrates Court this morning [Jan 18], a teenage male elected to be tried in Magistrate’s Court and then pleaded not guilty to a charge that in January 2015, in Sandys Parish, he sexually assaulted a teenage girl.
The teenager, who cannot be legally named at this stage of the proceedings, was given a March trial date and was granted bail at $5,000 and required to have a Surety.
Magistrate Khamisi Tokunbo also ordered that he have no further contact with the complainant.
