I am thinking the liscence plate is attached to the front bumper because it normally is, I should think reading that number would send the authorities in the correct direction? just a thought?
Also I am willing to bet the driver had NO insurance and possibly the vehicle was not liscensed and the drivers liscence was not valid?

Ohhhh come on now….you know darn well the car was stolen…

    • Anon Omus says:

You ever think that the vehicle could be unlicensed and thus the address in TCD is incorrect…..just a thought

      • Kangoocar says:

Reading comprehension is obviously not one of your strong suits is it? What part of when I said, I am willing to bet the car was unlicensed did you miss? Just a thought??

    • Jim says:

Oh wow! You’re a genius, I’m sure the police never thought of that..maybe you should call them up and offer your expert investigative services LOL..

The point of the article was they wanted help locating the vehicle, which has since been found..

Everybody’s a goddamn expert on here lol

  2. Hurricane says:

@ Kangoocar, not that you have much to think with

  3. Why says:

In cases like these…y not use the expensive camera system we have? That should be the first option and then an APB. I seriously think the cameras are for show.

    • Jim says:

An APB?? lol, what exactly do you think this request for the public’s help is?

The cameras will show the car driving by, probably disappearing somewhere between cameras on a side road..

    • Ian says:

Half of the camera’s don’t even work. I have called the police multiple occasion which the scene was infront of these cameras and the Bermuda police force have told me every time that I called and said “that the camera was currently not working”. What’s the point of these cameras?

In some cases where a collision occurs, and one driver drives off, informat ion is needed to track the likely offender. The police where not present at the time of the collision. Now we might recall a few weeks ago, in Paget, w hen an offender reversed his vehicle into a police officer, a wall and then escaped on foot, information was relayed to the public…so there needs to be a cooperative effort to assist in bringing offenders to justice. In this case a collision occurred,,damage needs to be repaired and paid for as well, hopefully no one was hurt.
