FMG To Reopen Front Street Office After Fire

August 31, 2016

After six-weeks of renovation efforts to restore damage caused by the fire last month on Front Street, Freisenbruch-Meyer Group will be reopening the doors to its primary location at 75 Front Street on Tuesday, September 6 at 9am.

The insurance company’s temporary space in the Chubb building, located at 17 Woodbourne Avenue in Hamilton, will close on Friday, September 2 at 5pm.

Executive Vice President William Madeiros said, “It brings us great pride to say that we’re returning to our original home on Front Street.”

“It has taken much time, energy and resources to get our Client Reception Hall on the lower level back to its original state, but we are pleased with the results. Construction work will continue quietly on the third floor over the next few weeks, but that shouldn’t impact any dealings with our clients.”

Mr. Madeiros extended his thanks to the company’s partners at Chubb for their ongoing support.

“Thanks to the warm hospitality we’ve received from Chubb, we were able to continue to assist our clients and provide them with the excellent service they expect,” Mr. Madeiros said. “We also want to thank Applied Computer Technologies [ACT] for swiftly responding to our needs after last month’s fire.

“Last, but certainly not least, we want to extend our gratitude to our valued clients. They have been supportive and patient with us during this time and we look forward to assisting them back in a familiar setting soon.”

Freisenbruch-Meyer will be closed on Monday, September 5 for the Labour Day holiday. For more information, call 296-3600.
