Court: 54-Year-Old Charged With Sexual Assault
Appearing in Magistrates Court today [Sept 15], a 54-year old man denied trespassing and sexually assaulting a woman.
The defendant denied that  in July, he had trespassed in a residence with the intent to commit a sexual assault and had sexually assaulted a woman.
Magistrate Archie Warner set trial for January 2017, and ordered that the man, who cannot be named at this stage for legal reasons, must be kept in custody until his trial.
