Commission: Over 1000 Pages Of Documents
The Commission of Inquiry have updated their website with over 1,000 pages of documents covering various aspects, including documents that relate to the projects that the Commission is inquiring into such as the Global Hue tourism contract, Bermuda Emissions Control contract, Dame Lois Browne Evans Building, Port Royal and Heritage Wharf.
“All the documents that say Gender Binder A are legislation, code of conduct, Financial Instructions [from different years], Management Procedures [Public Works] etc,” the Commission explained. “The Financial Instructions documents are large as is the Code of Conduct and Conditions of Employment [Civil Service].
“The rest are smaller documents. General Binder B has the KPMG report which is 78 pages. This is the report on 6 capital projects in Bermuda and how they measure up to international standards. Then there is the Management Consulting report on establishing the Office of Project Management and Procurement & a couple of other smaller documents.”
There are 12 documents that relate to the various projects that the Commission is inquiring into:

- 2. PTB – 18 pages
- 3. Aggregate & Sand Purchases – 74 pages
- 4. Department of Human Resources – 52 pages
- 5. Forensic Lab at Marsh Folly – 104 pages
- 6. Central Lab at Southside – 22 pages
- 7. Global Hue Contract – 146 pages
- 8. Ambling Contract – 32 pages
- 9. Bermuda Emissions Control Contract – 200 pages
- 10. Dame Lois Browne Evans Building – 224 pages
- 11. Port Royal – 92 pages
- 12. Heritage Wharf – 116 pages
