Court: 41-Year-Old Man Denies Assault, Threats
Appearing in Magistrates Court, a 41-year-old man denied charges of unlawful assault and using threatening words.
Eli Hill pleaded not guilty to charges spanning July 2016 to February 2017, with all charges involving alleged interactions with the same person.
The charges were unlawful assault, using threatening words and using a threatening gesture.
Magistrate Archie Warner set trial for June, granted Hill bail at $2,000 with a surety, and ordered that Hill was to have no contact with the complainant.
