Court: Woman Denies Racial Intimidation
Appearing in Magistrates Court, a 37-year-old woman denied racial intimidation, with the Court hearing she allegedly called a man the n-word.
Paget resident Carina Dornelas denied that, in August 2016, she made an oral communication to a man by saying to him: “You are nothing but a motherf****** black n*****.”
Senior Magistrate Juan Wolffe set trial for April and granted bail at $500 with the proviso that Ms Donelas have no contact with the complainant.
