‘Cultural Legacy Of The Palmetto In Bermuda’
An upcoming “Bermudian Heartbeats Lecture Series” hosted by the Department of Community and Cultural Affairs will feature the topic “Fishpots, Bonnets and Wine: The Cultural Legacy of the Palmetto in Bermuda.”
The lecture will be held on Tuesday, April 4 at 6pm at St. Theresa’s Cathedral Hall in Hamilton, with the featured speaker to be Saskia Wolsak, a graduate student researching Ethnobotany at the University of British Columbia.
