Butterfield & Warner Retire From Ascendant
In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange [BSX], Ascendant Group Limited announced the retirement of two Directors.
The full filing stated, “The Board of Directors of Ascendant Group Limited announces the retirement of Mr. James Butterfield and Dr. Wilbert Warner from the Company’s Board, effective June 9, 2017. Mr. Butterfield has served on the Board of Directors since 1993 and Dr. Warner since 1999.
“On behalf of the Board, Staff and Shareholders, we thank them both for their dedicated service to the Ascendant Group of Companies and our community and wish them all the best moving forward.”
