Hamilton Health Centre Closing For Fumigation
The Ministry of Health advises that Hamilton Health Centre and the Annex building on Victoria Street will be closed for fumigation from Friday, August 25th until Wednesday, August 30th.
A spokesperson said, “The Ministry of Health advises that Hamilton Health Centre and the Annex building on Victoria Street will be closed for fumigation from Friday 25 August until Wednesday 30 August. As a result there will be limited services and some changes to the location of services from Wednesday 23 August through Tuesday 29 August.
“The Hamilton Health Clinic parking lot will be also be closed during this work. The schedule below is available at www.gov.bm under “latest news. All clinic services at Hamilton Health Centre resume on Wednesday 30 August.
The following services have been relocated and some are limited.
School Health Clinics – 8:00 am -11:30 am
- Wednesday 23 August – Tuesday 29 August: 70 Middle Road, Warwick [call 236-0649] only.
Child Health/Well Baby Clinics: 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm
- Friday 25 August: 70 Middle Road, Warwick and 55 Mangrove Bay Road, Somerset only.
- Monday 28 August: 70 Middle Road, Warwick only.
Travel Clinic: 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm
- Tuesday 29 August: 70 Middle Road, Warwick only for booked appointments. Call 236-0649.
- Services resume at Hamilton Health Clinic on Wednesday 30 August.
Maternal Health Clinics
- 23, 24, 28, 29 August only at Hamilton Health Centre during normal hours: limited services for family planning supplies and urgent antenatal matters.
- Friday 25 August: for birth control injections, see Family Planning below.
- Somerset Maternal Health Clinic hours running as normal; 55 Mangrove Bay Road, Somerset – 9:00 am -11:00 am. Call 234-0202.
Family Planning Clinic: 8:30- 11:30 am and 2:00 – 4:00 pm
- Friday 25 August – Birth control shots. For urgent cases call 332-8901 and visit the 2nd Floor New Acute Wing of KEMH [Medical Clinic].
- Tuesday 29 August – Birth control injections, morning only – Hamilton Health Clinic and also 55 Mangrove Bay Road, Somerset – 9:00 – 11:00 am only. Call 234-0202.
Communicable Disease Control Clinic
- Limited services for treatment and consultations 23, 24, 25 August only at the 2nd Floor New Acute Wing of KEMH [Medical Clinic] 8:30-4:30. Call 332 8931. Closed for lunch 12:30- 1:45 pm.
Dental Health – No Hamilton Health Clinic services from 23-29 August. All operations at St. George’s Clinic, 1 Old Military Rd [call 297-1932] and Somerset Clinic 55 Mangrove Bay Road, Somerset, call 234-0239. Clinic hours 8:30am – 4:45 pm. Closed for lunch 12:30-1:45 pm.
