Casino Gaming Commission vs Richard Schuetz
It appears that the Bermuda Casino Gaming Commission is involved in some form of legal action related to their former Executive Director Richard Schuetz, as the initial version of today’s Civil and Commercial Court schedule listed ‘Bermuda Casino Gaming Commission vs Richard Schuetz’ as due to be heard in Chambers this afternoon.
The subsequent court schedule, which was released at 9.00am today, then changed the 2.30pm listing to ‘In the Matter of an Ex-Parte Application.’

Mr. Schuetz resigned from the position last year, and the position of Executive Director is currently being advertised on the Bermuda Job Board.
