Video: Sunday August 5th ‘Good News’ Spotlight

News that the island’s Cup Match celebrations are taking place, bowlers Rickai Binns, David Maycock, and Damien Matthews won a silver medal at the CAC Games, Tyrone Smith won a CAC medal, and Nicole Haziza received the distinction of France’s National Order of Merit were all some of the positive news stories from the past week.

In additional good news, Kamau Leverock scored a century for Clifton Cricket Club in the United Kingdom, Karen Smith won in the Women’s 50-54 age group at Ironman Hamburg in Germany, and YouthNet and The Reading Clinic joined forces to launch the Do Good Together Raffle with prizes including two Mazda CX3 Crossover SUVs.
