Court: 60-Year-Old Man Denies Sexual Assault
Appearing in Magistrates Court today [May 9], a Sandys man was charged with sexual assault.
The 60-year-old man, who cannot be named at this stage for legal reasons, denied intruding on the privacy of a woman and sexually assaulting the same woman.
The defendant was ordered to have no contact with the complainant and was granted $5,000 with a like surety.
He is due back in court in June.
