Wow, looks nice. Wish i had $21million in spare change!
It seems like these luxury estates owners are moving to greener pastures.
The smart money has already moved! With the PLP in govt promoting homophobia, xenophobia and high taxation who wants to stay? Bda is turning into some backwater instead of the jewel of the Atlantic we once were.

It is more likely the ganjaphobia successive governments have promoted, that is why I sold my mansion and took my money to Canada.
This house was built as part of Pink Beach, and all the material, fittings etc were brought in DUTY FREE, is the buyer going to pay that duty.
Is this located on the land that the government gave the buyer’s of the Pink Beach property special dispensation to separate the land designated for tourism use and build a private estate? In today’s market this property could be on the market for a long time even in its great location.
If it is the same property, they would be set to make a tidy profit since the whole Pink Beach property was sold in 2014 for $12.5 million.
Is this the property that was built by the fellow who bought Pink Beach? and situated right on the original Pink Beach? Does anyone know?
It would appear so.
They take Burt coin?
