TROIKA Celebrates 10 Years With ‘Reflections’
This month, TROIKA Bermuda will celebrate ten years of providing excellence in the arts for the youth of Bermuda.
A spokesperson said, “To celebrate this milestone, TROIKA will be presenting their Work In Progress #7 entitled ‘Reflections’. This production will be a reflective journey featuring memorable performances from each of our productions throughout the years.
“Audiences will journey with them as TROIKA brings back to the stage material from their first original production, ‘AMMUNITION’ [2009], H.I.S.T.O.R.Y, Misunderstood [which was performed at The National Black Theatre Festival], including TROIKA’S very first musical performance, ‘Once On This Island’ Disney’s ‘Beauty and the Beast’ to our most recent production of ‘The Color Purple’, all of which received rave reviews from the community.
“TROIKA encourages the public to purchase their tickets early to avoid disappointment as they anticipate that this year’s show, like others, will sell out.
“The production will run from August 28th – 31st, 2019 at The Mid Ocean Amphitheatre – Fairmont Southampton. Performances will be 7:30pm nightly.
