Field Hockey: Robins, Dragons & Budgies Win
The Bermuda Field Hockey federation league season recently resumed at the National Sports Center with a triple header that produced 13 goals.
Pink Robins 4 Longtails 2
The Pink Robins got two goals off the stick of Leana Coetzee as they defeated the Longtails 4 – 2. Also getting on the scoresheet was Joanna Heaney and Mallory Towlson. Lauren Cardwell and Lierra Ray scored a goal each for the Longtails.
Dragons 4 Sandpipers 0
The Dragons defeated the Sandpipers 4 – 0, Scott Gilbertson led the way with a hat-trick, while Tim Davies added the other.
Budgies 3 Ravens 0
The Budgies would pick up the points following a 3 – 0 win over the Ravens. Kascia DaSilva scored twice for the Budgies, while Keishae Robinson added the other.
