Netball: U11, U14, U17 & Senior League Results

The Phoenix Sparks were crowned the Under 11 Harold Doc Dowling Champions, while the Storm won the Under 14 Harold Doc Dowling Champions as the Junior section of the Bermuda Netball Association season got underway.

The Under 14 Division saw the Storm finish with 12 points, while the Phoenix Embers finished second with 7 points and finishing third was the North Village Lady Rams White with 6 points.

In the Under 11 Division the Storm Lightning finished second and the Storm Thunder finished third.

Under 17 League

The Storm defeated the North Village Lady Rams Whites 30 – 14, the Storm got 18 goals from Zidonnae Robinson 18, while G”zai Dyer added 7 goals and Imani Burgess scored 5 times, Coriah Simmons and Gabrielle Romaine scored 7 goals each for the North Village Lady Rams White.

Selah Tuzo was named the Storm MVP, while Sanaa Berkeley was named the North Village Lady Rams White MVP.

Phoenix Fire defeated the North Village Lady Rams Reds 17 – 13, the Phoenix Fire got 12 goals from K’xiyae Gibbons, while Rahkshana Sureskner added 5 goals. The North Village Lady Rams Red got 9 goals from MVP Arianna Sabir 9, while Jazz-I added 4 goals.

The MVP for the Phoenix Fire was Kayah Martin.

Senior League

The Lindos Tigers defeated the Docksiders 53 – 16, Charlene Gomez was named the Lindos Tigers MVP, while Denise Carpenter was named the Docksiders MVP

The match between the Storm and North Village Lady Rams played one quarter with storm leading before the rain halted play.
