Photos: Parish Pride Project Held In Devonshire
Last Saturday saw about a dozen individuals turn out to a Parish Pride Project around the National Sports Centre.
MP Christopher Famous said the volunteers cleaned up along the Roberts Avenue side of the facility. “We cut down cane grass,” he said. “We took away 50 bags of trash and 20 bags of recyclables.”
Mr Famous was appreciative of the assistance provided by Belco and Keep Bermuda Beautiful, whose executive director Anne Hyde, was on the scene to help. Belvin’s provided water and trash bags while Auto Solutions pitched in with a truck to haul away the bags.
Love to see the comradery of people working together for the greater good of Bermy. May it serve to inspire others. Well done to all involved.
