Wild Edible Herbal Classes Offered Via Zoom

April 25, 2020

Wild Herbs N Plants of Bermuda is getting set to hold ‘Wild Edible Herbal Classes’ via Zoom from Sunday, April 26 through Tuesday, April 28.

A spokesperson said, “We have been doing our wild edible herbal tours for going on three years now, and many people have asked if we are going to be doing anything soon.

“Due to the pandemic, we decided to offer to people some online classes via Zoom that can help them identify plants, learn of the health benefits, and also suggestions on how to prepare herbs and plants to eat.

“People will also find this information helpful to be more sustainable in addition to a plant-based diet. We do realise that people are watching their dollars at this time, therefore its an ideal class to take to learn how to obtain free food and also build up the immune system, in addition to a better lifestyle.
