Any person wishing to object to the proposed plant may, within 14 days of the date of this publication, lodge their objection with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, 169 South Road, Paget DV 04. Letters of objection must state the name and address of the objector; the grounds of the objection; whether the objector has an interest in land near to that which the application relates; and be signed by the objector.

Bermuda Trade Union Congress Meeting
Whereas the Minister of National Security considers that the proposed Bermuda Trade Union Congress Meetings are exceptional circumstances justifying an exemption from the prohibition in regulation 4[1] of the Emergency Powers [COVID-19 Continuing Precautions] Regulations 2020 on groups of more than twenty [20] persons assembling;
Now therefore, the Minister grants an exemption under regulation 4[5] of those Regulations permitting a group of more than twenty [20] persons to assemble on the following dates and times at the Fairmont Southampton Hotel, 101 South Road, Southampton Parish:

Wednesday June 24, 2020
- Bermuda Union of Teachers
- Senior / Middle Schools – 9:00 am
