Lisa Wingood To Hold Yoga Classes At NMB
For the next two Saturdays [July 18 and 25], registered yoga teacher Lisa Wingood will be holding yoga classes at the National Museum of Bermuda [NMB] from 8:30am – 9:30am.
Participants will have the unique opportunity of doing yoga outside, on the grounds of the historic Keep Fort which houses the Museum.
When asked about the classes, NMB Advancement Officer Katie Bennett said: “Lisa started teaching yoga classes during NMB’s free “Free for February” Saturday activities earlier this year. Her classes were incredibly popular and we are so excited to welcome her back!”
Ms. Wingood’s yoga classes are accessible for all ages and abilities and all are welcome.

“The safety of all visitors to the Museum is a priority for NMB and Ms. Wingood. All yoga participants must bring their own mat and towel and wear a mask to enter the grounds of the Museum. All classes will be held outdoors, and Clorox wipes will be provided. If you are feeling ill, please stay home,” a spokesperson said.
