The Privacy Commissioner who has supervision of the Office of the Privacy Commissioner, in exercise of the power conferred by section 5 of the Public Access to Information Act 2010, gives the following Notice:

Citation

This Notice may be cited as the Public Access to Information [Information Statement] Office of the Privacy Commissioner Notice 2020.

Deposit of information statement

Pursuant to the requirements of section 5 of the Public Access to Information Act 2010, notice is hereby given that the Office of the Privacy Commissioner’s information statement has been deposited for public inspection at—

• the Office of the Privacy Commissioner;
• the Bermuda Archives;
• the Bermuda National Library; and
• the Office of the Information Commissioner

and shall come into operation on 11 August 2020.
