Phone Lines Down At Continental Building
[Updated] The Ministry of Health advised that telephone lines, including the COVID-19 hotline number at the Ministry of Health Headquarters, are currently down.
A government spokesperson said, “The Ministry of Health is advising members of the public that the telephone lines at the Ministry of Health Headquarters, Continental Building, are currently down.
“This disruption in service, unfortunately, affects the COVID-19 hotline number. Technicians are working to address the issue which will be resolved as soon as possible.
“In the meantime, if you need to reach out to the Ministry regarding a COVID-19 related issue, please email coronavirus@gov.bm.
“The Ministry apologizes for any inconvenience caused.”
Update 4.45pm: A Government spokesperson said, “The COVID-19 hotline is now back up and running again.”
