Positive Tests, CG Office Temporarily Closes
After two employees tested positive for Covid-19, CG Insurance closed their Reid Street office to walk-in traffic until December 29, and they “will continue to service clients remotely during regular business hours.”
A CG spokesperson said, “CG Insurance has closed its Reid Street office to walk-in traffic until Tuesday, Dec. 29th and will continue to service clients remotely during regular business hours.
“It has come to our attention that two CG Insurance employees have tested positive for Covid-19. We encourage anyone who visited the ground floor office between Monday, December 7th to Tuesday, Dec 15th to get tested and follow all government Covid-19 guidance.
“The offices will undergo a thorough cleaning before reopening and we will continue to take the necessary safety precautions to protect our staff, clients and community.”
“CG representatives will continue to service clients with claims, policy renewals and to answer any questions without any disruptions via telephone, email and through the online insurance portal.
